Branch Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead and manage the branch team to meet performance and intake targets.
Oversee daily operations for smooth workflow and efficiency.
Guide and advise students on study abroad opportunities.
Ensure communication with headquarters aligns with company goals.
Build relationships with universities, schools, and education sector stakeholders.
Develop strategies to expand branch reach and improve performance.
Monitor and report branch performance to management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, education or a related field (Master’s preferred)
2 t0 5 years of management experience, ideally in education consultancy
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to meet targets in a fast-paced environment
MS Office and CRM Knowledge is a plus
