Job Description
- Create Architectural Drawings: Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections, and layouts for building designs.
- Collaborate with Architects & Engineers: Work closely with design teams to ensure plans meet project specifications and technical requirements.
- Review & Revise Plans: Ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes; modify designs based on feedback.
- Project Coordination: Maintain and organize project files, drawings, and documentation for easy access by the team.
- Ensure Code Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant zoning laws, building codes, and regulations.
- Software Proficiency: Use CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) to draft, edit, and update plans.
- Attention to Detail: Provide precise, error-free work, ensuring clarity and accuracy in technical documents.
Requirements & Skills
- Expertise in creating, modifying, and managing architectural drawings.
- Ability to work with both 2D and 3D models.
- Understanding architectural standards, building codes, and construction methods.
- Familiarity with architectural layouts, elevations, and section drawings.
- Skill in creating detailed drawings for construction, including floor plans, roof plans, and electrical layouts.
- Strong understanding of dimensions, proportions, and scaling in architectural design.
