Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruitment Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong HR background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage B2C warm leads. This is a remote position, requiring a professional workspace setup and prior experience in virtual recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates.
- Handle B2C warm leads efficiently, ensuring timely follow-ups and conversions.
- Utilize various recruitment platforms to attract and engage potential candidates.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and progress.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment strategies.
Requirements & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in a remote setting.
- Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps) and a professional setup, including a laptop and noise-canceling headset.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
