Responsibilities:
- Manage and process air ticket bookings and cancellations.
- Assist customers with travel inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Coordinate with airlines and suppliers for optimum ticket pricing.
- Maintain and update flight schedules and fare information.
- Ensure compliance with airline policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the travel experience.

- Proficient in air ticketing software and GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of international travel regulations and visa processes.
