Outbound Calling Agent

Outbound Sales Representatives are chatty, outgoing and professional individuals who understand that they are in a position that requires them to be personable and persuasive without being pushy. This is a role that is made for those who aren’t afraid to jump in and identify the needs of the customer while setting appointments and generating sales.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct Outbound Cold Calls to Prospective Clients.
• Sell Products and Place Customer Orders in the Computer System
• Provide Product and Service Information to Customers
• Utilize, Maintain and Continuously Improve Various Sales and Communication Techniques.
• Working with Weekly KPIs and targets.
• Research required Information Using Available Resources
• Route Calls to Appropriate Resources
• Document all Call Information according to Standard Operating Procedures
• Follow up Customer Calls where Necessary
• Upsell Products and Services
• Complete Call Logs and Reports
• Identify and Escalate Issues to Supervisor
• Other Duties as Assigned
