Position: Office Assistant (Graphic Design Skills Preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle daily office tasks such as documentation, filing, and correspondence.

• Assist in managing emails, phone calls, and scheduling meetings.

• Maintain office supplies and ensure smooth operations.

• Support basic administrative and accounting tasks.

• If skilled in graphic design, assist in creating promotional materials, presentations, and social media content.

• Coordinate with vendors, clients, and other team members for business operations.

• Perform any additional tasks assigned by the management.
