Responsibilities:
Handle outbound calls to U.S. clients regarding ACA health insurance services(Obamacare)
Follow scripts and guidelines to qualify leads and transfer them to licensed agents
Maintain a high level of professionalism and Positive Relation with Team
Achieve daily and monthly Title Plans
