Job Description
We are a growing software development agency specializing in web development, AI solutions, and automation tools. We are looking for an SEO & Ads Manager to work on-site and take charge of search engine optimization (SEO) and paid ad campaigns to improve our online presence, generate high-quality leads, and optimize conversions.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other paid marketing channels. This role is crucial for driving targeted traffic, maximizing ad performance, and boosting brand visibility.
Requirements & Skills
Key Responsibilities:
Search Engine Optimization (SEO):
β’ Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings and drive quality traffic.
β’ Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content optimization.
β’ Perform on-page SEO (meta tags, structured data, internal linking, website audits).
β’ Execute off-page SEO (link building, guest posting, outreach strategies).
β’ Optimize website speed, user experience (UX), and mobile-friendliness.
β’ Monitor SEO performance using Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar tools.
Paid Ads & PPC Campaigns:
β’ Plan and execute Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Ads to generate high-quality leads.
β’ Set up and optimize campaigns, targeting the right audience for maximum ROI.
β’ A/B test ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies to improve conversions.
β’ Monitor and adjust ad spending to ensure optimal budget allocation.
β’ Track and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
General Digital Marketing & Reporting:
β’ Work closely with the content team to optimize blog posts, landing pages, and marketing materials.
β’ Identify new digital marketing trends and experiment with innovative strategies.
β’ Provide weekly/monthly performance reports on SEO rankings, website traffic, and ad campaign results.
Who Weβre Looking For:
β’ Proven experience in SEO and PPC campaign management (2+ years preferred).
β’ Strong knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and analytics tools.
β’ Hands-on experience with SEO tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or similar platforms.
β’ Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
β’ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to new marketing trends.
β’ Basic knowledge of HTML, WordPress, and website optimization is a plus.
