We are a fast-growing software development agency specializing in React.js, MERN stack, PHP (Laravel, CodeIgniter, WordPress), AI-powered solutions, and automation tools. We build custom web applications and intelligent automation systems to help businesses scale efficiently.

We are seeking a Business Development & Lead Generation Manager who will be responsible for generating high-quality leads, writing compelling proposals, and securing new projects through platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, and direct outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify and engage with potential clients via Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emails, and social media to generate leads for AI, automation, and web development projects.

• Proposal Writing & Bidding: Write persuasive proposals and bid strategically on Upwork, Freelancer, and other platforms to maximize project wins.

• Client Engagement & Deal Closing: Communicate with leads, understand their requirements, and close deals for our team.

• Social Media Growth & Branding: Build and maintain our agency’s online presence to attract inbound leads through content and engagement on LinkedIn and Twitter (X).

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, identify emerging opportunities, and refine business development strategies accordingly.

• CRM & Sales Pipeline Management: Track, follow up, and nurture leads effectively using CRM tools.

Requirements & Skills

Who We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in business development, lead generation, or sales in the IT/software industry.

• Expertise in Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold outreach, and freelance/job platforms.

• Excellent English communication, writing, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan.

• Basic knowledge of web development, AI, and automation tools is a plus.
