Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing: Strong understanding of Digital Marketing. Manage Social Media Platforms and create engaing content to boost brand presence.
Lead Management: Handle incoming leads, follow up effectively, and maintain a well-organized lead database.
Client Communication: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing them with product information and addressing their concerns.
Market Research: Identify new business opportunities, analyze competitors, and suggest strategies for business growth.
Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of leads, sales progress, and customer feedback.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth sales operations.
Customer Support: Assist clients in the onboarding process and provide after-sales support when needed.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
MBA (Marketing).or Equivalent Qualification.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or lead management .
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to work with team meet sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
A confident, presentable, and customer-focused personality.
