Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support daily updates and maintenance on company computers.
• Manage and address troubleshooting for users.
• Resolve and maintain printer-related concerns.
• Maintain inventory of IT equipment and instruments.
• Ensure updates on firewalls and antivirus applications across all PCs.
• Manage and maintain MikroTik firewalls and VPN configurations.
• Address LAN/WAN connectivity issues effectively.
• Troubleshoot and resolve IP cameras and IP PABX issues.
• Oversee Esxi server maintenance and virtual machine operations.
• Liaise with third parties for IT equipment and software maintenance with management approval.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency in Windows/Mac/Linux, networking, and IT infrastructure.
• Experience with MikroTik, VPNs, LAN/WAN, IP cameras, and IP PABX.
• Knowledge of VMware ESXi servers and virtual environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
