• Should be able to make different types of nihari (chicken, mutton, magaz nihari etc, preferably chicken nihari)
• Should must be a resident of Lahore.
• Should be comfortable with the timings (7am to 3pm, Monday to Saturday)
• Minimum education should be matric.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in required.
