Key Responsibilities:

Market Visits & Sales Execution:

• Conduct regular market visits to engage with retailers, painters, and distributors.
• Build strong relationships to drive product sales and brand presence.
• Ensure availability and visibility of products in retail outlets.

Marketing & Brand Promotion:

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including in-shop branding, dealer activations, and promotional activities.
• Collect market insights and competitor analysis to improve marketing strategies.
• Support digital and offline marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.

Business Development & Customer Engagement:

• Identify new sales opportunities and expand the retailer network.
• Educate retailers and painters about product features and benefits.
• Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

Data Collection & Reporting:

• Track sales performance and market trends.
• Provide regular reports on market activities, customer feedback, and competitor strategies.
• Collaborate with the team to develop data-driven strategies for sales growth.
