Are you passionate about e-commerce and looking for an opportunity to contribute to a growing business? We are seeking motivated E-Commerce Support Agents to join our team for evening shifts. In this role, you will handle customer service tasks, process orders, manage inquiries, and support the overall day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platform.
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other channels
Assist in processing orders, returns, and exchanges
Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions promptly
Coordinate with suppliers and shippers for order fulfillment
Manage product listings, inventory updates, and ensure data accuracy
Monitor shipping statuses and provide updates to customers
Support the team with other e-commerce-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
Experience in e-commerce, customer support, or related fields (preferred but not required)
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and basic e-commerce platforms
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Must be available to work the 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM shift
