Import And Export Manager 3

Responsibilities:

Customs and Logistics:

• Responsible for all procedures, customs clearance, and logistics arrangements for exporting electric motorcycles and battery packs to Pakistan.
• Booking shipping space, arranging vehicles, and preparing customs declaration documents.
• Processing import and export licenses (e.g., 3C certification exemptions, energy efficiency labeling exemptions, certificates of origin, chemical identification certificates).
• Tracking goods transportation and handling issues.

Operations and Coordination:

• Providing transportation time estimates for production and order departments.
• Tracking the performance of logistics companies (transit time, customs declaration accuracy, handling of losses/damages).
• Freight inquiries and plan evaluations.
• Logistics cost control and settlement.
• Process improvement and performance optimization.
• Completing assigned tasks.

• At least 5 years of experience in logistics and customs affairs for multinational companies.
• Familiarity with Pakistan customs regulations, import/export declaration standards, HS classification, and license processing.
• Knowledge of import/export logistics transportation, with large cargo operation experience preferred.
• Experience in managing processing trade manuals preferred
• Bachelor's degree or above (graduate studies preferred).
• Good English communication skills.
• Ability to organize, coordinate, provide solutions, and solve problems.
• Strong cross-cultural communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
