We are seeking dedicated and experienced individuals to join our team as Sales Executives. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales, promoting our services, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Job Details:

Role: International Sales Executive

Timings: 9 PM to 6 AM (Night Shift)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Salary Range: 45,000 - 65,000 + Commission + Bonuses

Earn up to 100k-120k

Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential customers through inbound calls.

- Understand and promote the features and benefits of AT&T Direct TV services.

- Achieve and sales through effective communication and negotiation.

- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer queries and concerns.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.

Communication Skills: The ability to articulate information in a clear and concise manner. Active listening skills are essential to understand customer needs and respond appropriately. Maintaining a friendly, professional, and calm tone at all times is important.

Customer Service Skills: Candidates should show empathy by understanding the customer’s concerns and offering appropriate solutions. Patience and the ability to stay composed under pressure are key. They should also be able to quickly resolve customer issues and maintain a positive attitude.

Time Management Skills: The ability to handle multiple calls efficiently and prioritize tasks to ensure each customer receives timely assistance.

Technical Skills: Competency with call center software, CRM tools, and basic office software is necessary. Fast typing skills and the ability to multitask while managing calls and data entry are also important.

Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the company’s products or services is crucial to providing accurate information to customers. A willingness to stay updated on new products and services is also important.

Teamwork: The ability to collaborate with colleagues, share insights, and work together to provide the best customer service.
