Interior Designer 2

Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with expertise in SketchUp to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in interior design, space planning, and 3D modeling, with the ability to create stunning, functional, and client-focused designs. This role involves conceptualizing innovative design solutions, developing high-quality visual presentations, and collaborating closely with clients and project teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative and functional interior design concepts tailored to client needs and preferences.
• Prepare detailed design plans, including floor plans, elevations, 3D models, renderings, material boards, and presentation documents.
• Effectively communicate design ideas to clients, ensuring alignment with their vision and expectations.
• Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies, integrating them into design projects.
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to execute designs successfully.
• Provide creative input and support throughout all phases of the project, from concept development to completion.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Interior Design or related field
• 1-5 years of experience as a successful Interior Designer.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and color theory.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Enscape,Luminion).

Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

A strong portfolio showcasing your diverse design aesthetic.

Ability to work on complex and multi-faceted design projects

Flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience in designing kitchens, bathrooms, and commercial spaces.

Note: This is a full-time, night shift position that requires on-site presence, based in Lahore
