Job Description:
As a Web UI/UX Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in designing responsive, attractive, and intuitive websites and digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with our development, marketing, and product teams to transform ideas into engaging web experiences that meet business objectives and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and create visually appealing UI/UX elements, layouts, and components for websites and digital platforms.
• Collaborate with project managers and developers to create user-centric designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to enhance the user experience.
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web applications and websites.
• Ensure consistency and brand alignment across all web platforms.
• Optimize web design and user interfaces for cross-device and cross-browser compatibility.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Maintain an organized, well-documented design library.

• Proven experience as a Web UI/UX Graphic Designer or similar role with a strong portfolio of web design projects.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, Canva or similar.
• Strong knowledge of web design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Experience in designing responsive web layouts and mobile-first designs.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on creating intuitive, user-centered designs.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
