STR Property Manager

Momin Solutions is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to manage our portfolio of short-term-rental properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and VRBO. The ideal candidate will manage property operations, ensuring top-notch guest experiences and smooth day-to-day functions.

Responsibilities:

Manage all booking inquires and respond to guest messages in a timely and professional manner.

Coordinate with guests to confirm bookings, provide check-in instructions and address any question or concern.

Coordinate with owner, cleaners and maintenance personnel to ensure seamless operations.

Optimize property listing on various platforms on Airbnb, Booking.com and VRBO to ensure maximum visibility and bookings.

Coordinate the check-in and check-out processes to ensure a smooth and seamless experience for guests.

Respond to guest reviews and feedback.

Establishing long-term relationships with clients.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year working experience in short-term-rental management, hospitality or related field.

Experience with STR platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, VRBO) will be preferred.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of housekeeping and maintenance coordination.

Attention to detail and customer service focus.
