Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp & calls
Guide and convince buyers to complete their purchases
Maintain records of customer interactions and sales
Achieve daily & monthly sales targets

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Urdu (Basic English is a plus)
Confident and persuasive speaking abilities
Ability to handle multiple chats & calls efficiently
Comfortable using WhatsApp for customer interaction
