E-Commerce Fulfillment & Operations Associate ( Remote )

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented E-Commerce Fulfillment & Operations Associate to handle the order fulfillment process remotely. The selected candidate will pack orders at home and coordinate with the courier company for pickups. Basic computer skills and the ability to understand English are required to manage orders and shipping labels. All necessary materials, including a printer, packaging supplies, and fuel expenses for daily pickups, will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick up products daily from the vendor (fuel expenses covered).

Prepare products for sale (packing, roll wrapping, labeling) at home.

Process customer orders, pack them in flyers, and print shipping labels.

Use a computer to manage orders, print labels, and track shipments.

Coordinate with the courier company for daily pickups from home.

Maintain stock records and ensure all orders are packed accurately.

This is a fully remote role, and all necessary equipment (printer, packaging materials) will be provided, along with fuel expenses for daily vendor pickups.

Must understand English (for reading orders, labels, and basic communication).

Basic computer knowledge is essential (for order processing and label printing).

Ability to work independently and manage all fulfillment tasks efficiently.

A dedicated space at home for packing and storing products.
