Job Title: Recruiter / Reverse Recruiter

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized Recruiter/Reverse Recruiter to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Google Sheets. Should be profecient in english language If you are passionate about talent sourcing and have a keen eye for detail, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Source and reach out to potential candidates for open roles.
- Identify and contact companies with vacant positions.
- Manage and maintain recruitment data using Google Sheets.
- Ensure all applications and communications are reviewed thoroughly and accurately.
- Collaborate with the team to streamline recruitment processes.

Requirements:
- Intermediate/Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent sourcing is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Sheets (Excel knowledge is an advantage).
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated with a passion for learning and professional growth.

What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range: PKR 30,000 to PKR 60,000 (based on experience)
