Job Description

We are a US-based Corporate Culture Company, and we're currently seeking a Customer Care Professional to join our Pakistan office. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to assist customers, address their inquiries, and provide solutions to their needs.
Please note that this position requires working the night shift 6PM-3AM PST.

Requirements & Skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Initiate calls to clients and cater to their requirements.
  • Maintain client records and schedule appointments.
  • Foster and nurture strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service.
  • Proficiently use various software, databases, scripts, and tools.
  • Comprehend and meet key performance metrics while consistently delivering excellent customer service.
  • Actively participate in training and other learning opportunities to expand your knowledge.
  • Demonstrate effective communication skills.

Night Shift Job Timing (6:00 PM - 3:00 AM) PST Time.

  • Lahore: Candidates should be able to reliably commute to work or plan to relocate before starting the job (Preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month
