We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Customer Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and assisting with sales over the phone. No prior experience is required—just a positive attitude, basic computer skills, and a willingness to learn!

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.

Provide accurate information about products and services to customers.

Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve any issues they may have.

Use basic computer skills to navigate systems and update customer records.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Education: Must be educated (minimum high school diploma or equivalent).

Language Skills: English proficiency is not mandatory. If you can listen and understand instructions, you’re a great fit!

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills are required.

Soft Skills: Strong listening skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.

Availability: Must be able to work in night shift.
