Job Description

The All Pakistan Textile Mills Association (APTMA) is a leading nonprofit organization dedicated to the advancement and representation of the textile industry in Pakistan. We are seeking a Front Desk Officer with 2 years of experience to manage our reception area and support our accounting functions in Islamabad.

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls and inquiries, directing them as necessary.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and manage office supplies.
- Assist the accounting team with administrative tasks such as filing and data entry.
- Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Provide support with scheduling meetings and appointments.

**Required Skills:**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.

**Educational Qualification:**
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
