Job Description:

Starsoft Industries is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have an MBA in Finance, and an ACCA qualification is a plus. Responsibilities include managing financial records, preparing reports, and ensuring the accuracy of financial transactions. Experience with accounting software is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and reconcile financial records.
2. Prepare and verify financial statements and reports.
3. Ensure accurate recording and classification of financial transactions.
4. Monitor and manage accounts payable and receivable.
5. Prepare and file tax returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
6. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting.
7. Perform regular financial analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
8. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial databases.

Requirements:

1. MBA in Finance; ACCA qualification is a plus.
2. Proven experience as an Accountant.
3. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).
4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
