Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized project coordinator to manage the biomass supply chain to produce agro-based biomass fuel pellets using an imported plant.

The candidate will work under the guidance of a PhD-qualified supervisor and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of biomass procurement, logistics, and coordination with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate with farmers, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure a consistent supply of agro-based biomass.
  2. Monitor and maintain quality standards for biomass (Raw Materials.)
  3. Maintain accurate records of biomass inventory, procurement, and supply chain activities.
  4. Assist in preparing reports and documentation for project progress.
  5. Collaborate with the technical team to address supply chain challenges.
  6. Ensure timely delivery of biomass to the production plant.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualification: F. SC (First Division) is mandatory.
  • Preferred Qualification: Higher technical qualifications such as DAE (Diploma of Associate Engineer) will be an advantage.
  • Age Limit: 20 to 24 years.

Salary & Benefits:

  • Salary Range: Starting PKR 35,000 to 40,000 per month (based on academic results and experience).
  • Incentives: Performance-based incentives tied to turnover and project success.
  • Other Benefits: Opportunity to work on an agro-based project (renewable energy sector) under the supervision of a PhD supervisor.
