Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily production operations and manage staff effectively.
- Develop and implement production schedules.
- Monitor quality control and ensure product standards.
- Collaborate with R&D to manage for Engineering designs of panel wiring
- Identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives. And ca design different BOQs
- Prepare production reports for management review.

- Proficiency in production planning software and accounting systems.
