Upwork Bidder (Intern / Officer / Executive)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Upwork Bidder to join our team. This role is open to both interns, officer level and senior level candidates with proven sales experience in the creative industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business through Upwork and achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and bid on relevant projects on Upwork.
• Craft compelling proposals that address clients' needs and showcase our expertise.
• Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their project requirements.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure successful project delivery.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.

• Proven sales experience in graphic design, animation, 2D explainer videos, web design, and web development.
• Knowledge about graphic design, animation, 2D explainer videos, website design, and website development
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Account management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in Upwork bidding is preferred.
