Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills to engage potential clients and achieve sales targets.
Responsibilities:
Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and offer tailored solutions.
Manage the sales process from initial contact to closing the deal.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term business success.
Meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Ability to work night shifts to align with U.S. business hours.
Proven sales experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
Experience using CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
