We are currently hiring an experienced Printer Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain laserjet, inkjet, and dot matrix printers.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot printer malfunctions.
- Perform repairs and maintenance on various printer models.
- Handle hardware, firmware, and connectivity issues effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service and support.
- Maintain inventory of spare parts and tools necessary for repairs.
Requirements & Skills
- 2+ years of experience in printer repair, especially HP, Canon, Epson, and Brother.
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Good knowledge of printer components and functionality.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
