Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education.
- Create a safe and nurturing classroom environment for children.
- Assess and monitor children's progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to support children's development.
- Maintain classroom organization and manage student behavior effectively.
