Quality Checker Leather Jackets

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire quality inspection process for leather jackets, ensuring top-notch quality at every stage.

• Inspect leather materials, stitching, finishes, and fittings for defects and inconsistencies.

• Conduct pre-production and final inspections to meet company standards.

• Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues and provide actionable feedback.

• Maintain detailed records of inspections, quality issues, and corrective actions.

• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards in the production process.

• Train and guide quality control staff to follow best practices in leather jacket production.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in quality control within the leather garment industry.

• Strong knowledge of leather materials, stitching techniques, and garment finishes.

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.

• Familiarity with industry standards.
