Job Description
A motivated individual (preferably 18-24 years old) who is confident in speaking to clients and candidates over the phone and handling recruitment & business development tasks.
**Must have sales experience or Business development experience**
Your Role Will Include:
Speaking to potential candidates (nurses, pharmacists, etc.) and guiding them through the registration process.
Calling healthcare clients (pharmacies, GP surgeries, hospitals) and offering locum staff.
Managing job postings, responding to inquiries, and tracking recruitment progress.
Learning UK healthcare staffing processes and growing into a key role.
Salary: Competitive with bonuses based on performance.
Must-Have Skills:
Fluent English speaking (confident over phone).
Ability to speak to clients & candidates.
Basic admin skills (Excel, Google Docs, etc.).
Willing to learn recruitment & sales.
Preferred (But Not Required):
Prior experience in customer service, sales, or recruitment.
Knowledge of healthcare recruitment or UK staffing (a bonus).
