Job Description
Role Overview:
The Social Media Manager & Content Creator will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and managing online communities to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. This role requires a creative thinker with strong writing, design, and analytical skills, who can seamlessly blend social media management with content creation to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Strategy & Management:
Develop, implement, and optimize social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation
Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and TikTok.
Schedule and publish content consistently, ensuring alignment
Content Creation:
Create high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content for social media posts, blogs, websites, and email campaigns.
Write, edit, and proofread copy for ads, captions, blogs, and other marketing materials.
Design graphics, infographics, and short videos using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar.
Collaborate with the SEO team to ensure content is optimized for search engines and aligns with keyword strategies.
Community Engagement & Analytics:
Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and foster a positive online community.
Track and analyze social media performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Insights.
Prepare detailed reports on social media metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable recommendations.
Campaign Execution & Collaboration:
Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads) to drive traffic and generate leads.
Collaborate with the lead generation and SEO teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing goals.
Assist in creating lead magnets (e.g., eBooks, webinars, case studies) to support client and internal campaigns.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
2+ years of proven experience in social media management and content creation.
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a strong attention to detail.
Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Spark, Photoshop) and video editing software.
Solid understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
Basic knowledge of SEO principles and content optimization.
Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Strong analytical skills and familiarity with social media analytics tools.
Creative, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
