The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a customer-centric mindset. Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate sales leads.

Communicate product/service benefits effectively to prospects.

Handle customer inquiries and resolve concerns professionally.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales progress.

Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (both English & Urdu preferred).

Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus.

Ability to handle objections and convert leads into sales.

Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented.

Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (preferred but not mandatory).
