Sales Executive / Booking Officer

Leopards Courier Services is a prominent logistics company in Pakistan, specializing in express delivery, logistics, e-commerce solutions, and international shipping. We are seeking an On Rotation Booking Operator to enhance our customer service team in Lahore.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and process customer bookings efficiently.
- Engage with clients to understand their shipping requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely pick-up and delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings and transactions.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to booking services.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in booking systems and software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Experience in customer service, particularly in logistics or courier services, is an advantage.
