Sales Team Supervisor

Siblings Beverages Pvt Ltd. is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee and manage our sales operations, ensuring the achievement of business targets. You will lead a team of sales staff, develop strategic sales plans, and monitor performance to drive growth in our product, Crystalline Waters, across Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and guide the sales team to achieve sales targets and maintain high performance.

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our customer base.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.

Provide regular training and support to the sales team to improve skills and product knowledge.

Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies to meet changing business needs.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
