Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Proposal Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating persuasive, high-quality proposals to support business development efforts. This role requires excellent writing skills, organizational abilities, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Research, develop, and write customized proposals aligned with the objectives of prospective clients and stakeholders.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather essential information for proposal creation, including campaign goals, budgets, and deliverables.
· Present clear, concise, and persuasive content that effectively communicates organizational capabilities and proposed solutions.
· Rewrite proposals according to feedback to ensure alignment with client expectations and organizational standards.
· Conduct in-depth research to understand the target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
· Leverage insights to tailor proposals to the specific needs of each client and campaign.
· Work closely with campaign managers and other stakeholders to align proposals with overarching campaign strategies and business objectives.
· Ensure that proposed solutions reflect innovative approaches and industry best practices.
· Ensure proposals meet all formatting, submission, and compliance requirements.
· Maintain a repository of proposal templates, content, and supporting documents for future use.
· Edit documents and technical literature for content, coverage, clarity, and voice consistency, recommending revisions as needed.
· Maintain quality results by using templates, following proposal-writing standards (readability, consistency, and tone), and updating proposal support databases.
· Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and project managers to integrate visual and content elements into proposals.
· Work with coworkers, including graphic designers, CSR representatives, and Campaign Managers, to deliver high-quality proposals.
· Help create strategies that enhance proposal development processes.
· Create and deliver presentations as part of the proposal process.
· Develop project schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
· Create graphics and presentations to support proposal submissions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Education:

A-level, O-level, or MA in English is a prerequisite.
· Language Proficiency: Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) are mandatory.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

Experience:

· Previous experience in proposal writing, Content Writer, or campaign development is preferred.
· Ability to communicate and influence at a senior level.
· Self-motivated, hardworking, and dedicated.
