We are now expanding our operations and looking for a motivated and self-driven individual to join us. You will play a vital role in managing daily operations, communicating with our Swedish/English teams and customers, and ensuring high-quality services.

Responsibilities

Daily communication with customers and subcontractors.

Booking management and scheduling.

Providing support to employees and customers.

Leading, coaching, and inspiring teams through online communication channels.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

Training and onboarding new subcontractors.

Planning, follow-up, and quality control of assignments.

Ensuring smooth workflows by improving routines and processes.

Proven experience in staff management or team leadership.

English communication skills.

Strong planning, delegation, and routine development skills.

Familiarity with online communication tools for team coordination.
