Job Summary:
We are seeking Junior Customer Service Representative for our US based projects. As a Customer Services Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our US / UK customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms in a timely manner.
- Provide proper information about our properties, services, and policies.
- To handle booking request, cancellation and refund.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring timely follow-up and issue resolution.
- Respond to customer review and feedback.
Requirements & Skills
Requirements:
- 6 - months working experience in an International Call Center must require for this position.
- Previous experience in an international call center or customer service role will be preferred.
- Applicant must possess exceptional writing skills, language fluency, computer literacy, phone etiquette.
- Proficient in spoken English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
