Truck Dispatch Agent 10

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Truck Dispatch Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate and manage freight logistics, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods while maintaining excellent communication with drivers, shippers, and brokers.

Responsibilities:

Identify and connect with potential clients, including owner-operators, small fleets, and trucking companies.

Present and promote our truck dispatch services to prospective customers.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.

Negotiate pricing and service agreements to close deals successfully.

Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client communications.

Collaborate with the dispatch team to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery.

Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably in logistics, trucking, or related fields.

Knowledge: Familiarity with truck dispatch services and industry operations is a plus.

Tools: Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
