Junior Business Analyst

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer to support the development of an AI-powered writing assistant tailored for technical documentation. This role is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or individuals with up to 1 year of experience to build their careers in systems analysis and technical documentation. Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to support the development of the AI-powered writing assistant.

Contribute to the creation and management of system analysis and business requirement documents, including:

1. System Requirements Specification (SRS)
2. Business Requirements Document (BRD)
3. Functional Requirements Document (FRD)
4. Use Case Descriptions
5. Wireframe Design

Collaborate with senior team members to create data flow models and process diagrams.

Participate in system testing post-modifications to ensure quality assurance.

Prepare reports and summaries for review by senior management.

Provide basic technical support and troubleshooting as needed.

Deliverables:

1. Drafts of SRS, BRD, and FRD documents.
2. Basic wireframe designs for user interfaces.
3. Simple flow diagrams and data models using tools like UML.

IT Business Analysis: Basic understanding of analyzing business needs and documenting system requirements.

Technical Writing: Ability to write clear and concise documentation.

Diagramming (UML): Familiarity with creating basic flowcharts and diagrams.

Fluency in English: Excellent written and spoken English skills.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Experience Requirements:

Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in systems analysis, IT, or a related field.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
