CCTV Technician / Operator 2

A CCTV technician is responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining video surveillance systems, including cameras and recording devices. Their duties often include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring the systems operate effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, service, troubleshoot, and repair CCTV systems and related security equipment.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventative checks on security systems.
• Program and configure Network Video Recorders (NVRs) and other security devices.
• Collaborate with other contractors and technicians on project installations.
• Provide training to end-users on the operation of CCTV systems and related technologies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the security and access control industry.
• Strong knowledge of CCTV systems, access control, and alarm systems.
