Job Description
- Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that meets international standards (e.g., BRCGS, ISO 9001 etc).
- Oversee the QA, QC, and Lab functions to ensure the quality of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods.
- Manage the Lab operations, including testing, calibration, and maintenance of equipment to ensure accurate and reliable results.
- Coordinate and prepare for internal and external audits, ensuring successful certification and maintenance of certifications (e.g., BRCGS, ISO 9001, Sedex etc).
- Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the quality management system, processes, and products.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (production, procurement, sales) and external partners (suppliers, customers) to ensure quality expectations are met.

- Strong technical expertise in quality management, food safety, and Lab operations, with excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
