Job Description
- Identify and pursue new export sales opportunities, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, and negotiate sales contracts.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activity, and market demand.
- Develop and implement effective merchandising and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Collaborate with the production team to develop new products and product lines, and position them effectively in the market.
- Work closely with the supply chain team to ensure efficient and cost-effective logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (production, procurement, quality assurance) and external partners (customers, suppliers, logistics providers).
Requirements & Skills
- Strong industry knowledge, excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
