Job Description

  1. Engage with potential clients via emails and cold calling to introduce them to Pinnacle’s digital products and services.
  2. Assist marketing team to conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  3. Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of Pinnacle’s product offerings to effectively communicate their value and benefits to prospective customers.
  4. Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations tailored to the specific needs and interests of potential clients.
  5. Collaborate with the marketing team to create and implement effective sales strategies and campaigns.
  6. Negotiate sales contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.
  7. Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
  8. Provide timely and accurate sales reports to management, tracking progress and performance against targets.

Requirements & Skills

  1. Proven track record of success in digital or physical sales
  2. Excellent spoken English.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  4. A self-starter with the ability to work independently, managing time (EST) effectively to achieve sales goals.
  5. Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and result-driven.
  6. Proficiency in using digital sales tools, CRM software, and other relevant technologies will be an added advantage.
  7. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to handle various client needs and challenges.
  8. High ethical standards and professionalism in dealing with clients and colleagues.
  9. Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related fields is a plus.
