Job Title: Hospital Administrator

Location: Karachi

FMJ Healthcare Hospital is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hospital Administrator to lead and manage all aspects of hospital operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills, with a proven track record of success in healthcare administration.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all hospital operations, including patient care, finance, human resources, and facility management.

Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals.

Manage budgets, revenue cycle, and financial performance.

Recruit, hire, and train a high-performing team.

Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Enhance patient satisfaction and quality of care.

Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, staff, and the community.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Healthcare Administration (MHA) or a related field

2 years of experience in hospital administration

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Proven ability to manage budgets, finances, and human resources

Knowledge of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards
