Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and talented executive assistant for the CEO to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide administrative and operational support, ensuring the smooth functioning of the office while assisting the CEO in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quick and efficient internet research to assist with projects and tasks.
- Prepare and maintain reports, documents, and presentations.
- Provide support in administrative, accounts, and IT-related tasks.
- Handle email correspondence, data entry, and file organization.
- Requirements:
Education: B.Com (Bachelor's in Commerce) or B.S Computer Science
Experience: At least 1 years in Administration, Accounts, or IT fields.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of IT and internet tools.
Ability to perform quick and efficient Google searches.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Age: 22-28 years.
Location Preference:
Candidates residing in Lahore will be given preference. However, applications from outside Lahore are also welcome.
