About Us:
World Of Tech is a growing startup about to complete its second year. We aim to scale our business and are looking for a dedicated Lead Generation + Email Marketing Agent to join our team. This is a results-driven position where success in the first month will determine long-term employment with us.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and generate quality leads through online research and outreach.
• Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to convert leads into paying clients.
• Achieve the monthly target of generating at least PKR 70,000 in sales.
• Maintain an organized database of leads and follow up as required.
• Work closely with the team to strategize and refine lead generation processes.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in lead generation and email marketing.
• Strong communication and persuasive writing skills.
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and achieve sales targets.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Access to a stable internet connection and necessary tools for remote work.

Compensation:

• If you achieve the monthly target of PKR 70,000, you will receive a salary + commission.
• If sales hit at least PKR 40,000 but fall short of the target, commission will be paid for the first month.
• Failure to meet the first-month goal will not result in further collaboration.
